Endurance adventure athlete Sean Conway broke the World Record for the fastest crossing of Europe by bicycle unsupported - an astonishing feat.
Starting on April 2018 in Cabo de Roca on the west coast of Portugal, Sean cycled 4,500 miles across Europe, finishing at the Russian town of Ufa.
As those who follow Sean's adventures will guess, Sean did not do this the easy way! The successful attempt was unsupported and Sean carried all of his kit with him along the way.
